Dr. Wu joined the DILA in 2014 as an assistant professor. He received his bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the National Chung Shin University (now National Taipei University), his master’s degree in Public Administration from National Cheng Chi University, and his doctorate in Government from Strathclyde University. Dr. Wu previously held the position of Associate Research Fellow at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research. His interests are primarily in public policy, social enterprise, policy learning, and NPO/NGO.
